I am still here and still going strong. I meant to post back on April 16 to celebrate 1 YEAR OF LIFETIME!!! I can't believe I have maintained my weight! Yes, I have had ups and downs, but I have never hit or gone above my goal.
Now, I am trying to focus on toning my body and loosing inches, but would not complain if I lost a few more pounds too!
I have been doing Jillian Michaels' Shred workout through OnDemand's Exercise TV. I have also been jogging again, now that the weather is nicer. I might try the Biggest Loser Yoga tonight!
Yesterday I did Day 5 of Shred 1. I started with 3lb weights, and when up to 5lbs weights. I might try Shred2 tomorrow morning. I am spacing it out and also doing other activities. I feel great!
